Job Functions

Responds to basic customer questions by answering telephone calls
Accurately documents calls on account history record with details of the phone call
Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner
Processes customer requests by sending faxes, sending mail documents or using other related communication
Handles calls in a manner that ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to ensure up to date and accurate information
Partners with team members , management, and customers in reference to customer service issues
Reviews client reports on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity; prepares and submits report to management
Reviews and recommends modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions

Basic Qualifications

With at least two (2) years of college education
Two or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
Experience working with computer software and telephone technology

Job Functions

Assist in sourcing applicants in social media and other platforms
Outreach, engage and attract target groups of candidates
Screen qualification of candidates against role requirements
Maintain internal communication (with Team Leads and Managers) and external communication with talent search firms / headhunters to continuously enhance & improve talent search opportunities
Formulate a strategic talent acquisition framework and initiatives

Basic Qualifications

Graduate of Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or Psychology
With 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment
Experience in talent acquisition with strong knowledge in social media

Other Qualifications

With logical and clear verbal communication
Has a strong listening and communication skills
With a proven track record in working effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Results driven and has a problem solving ability
Works well independently and/or with a team; a team player

Job Functions

Administers health and welfare plans as well as works with retirement plan. Processes required documentation to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions
Resolves employee concerns related to health and welfare plans functioning as liaison with various insurance carriers
Writes, revises, edits and proofreads company policies and procedures and related documents as needed.
Leads the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position identifying effective sources. Effectively and efficiently assist in filling open positions
Assist with development / implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems
Assist in benchmarking positions against market to ensure competitive compensations

Basic Qualifications

Graduate of Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or Psychology
Masteral degree in related discipline is preferred, but is not a requirement
Seven (7) to Ten (10) Years of progressive experience in Human Resources
With at least Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a Managerial position
Considerable knowledge of principles & practices of Human Resource Management and Administration
Experience Administering employee benefit plans, recruitment and compensation plans

Qualifications

At least 2nd year college level
With a minimum of 2 years BPO / Customer Service experience
Background in insurance / financial account is an advantage
With strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work in shifting schedules / night shift

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of BS Accounting or any related course
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
With a minimum of 5 years related experience
Knowledgeable of office technology. Mastery of Excel and databases.
Knowledge about financial management software, is a must
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field of studies
Must have at least 2 years related experience in the BPO Industry
Experience in Customer Service and Insurance Account is an advantage
Must have a strong leadership / people skills
Must have above average communication skills
Must be willing to work on night / shifting schedule
